CEO & Operating Partner

Don Hill is the CEO of PARC Auto. He is responsible for overall operations, setting strategic direction and leading the organization to ensure its realization. Prior to joining PARC, Don most recently served as the Chairman & CEO of Premium Velocity Auto, one of the largest Jiffy Lube franchisees, where he oversaw a network of over 375 Jiffy Lube franchise stores and a team of more than 3,400 employees across 20 states. During his time at Premium Velocity Auto, Don executed an aggressive development strategy, growing from one initial location in 2019 to an expansive store portfolio through the consummation of several acquisitions and new store openings. Before Premium Velocity Auto, he served in several leadership positions within the Shell Oil organization. Don is passionate about delivering exceptional service to customers and facilitating the success of his employees. He holds a Master of Business Administration from Averett College and a Bachelor of Arts from Providence College.

CFO

Tara Simecek is the CFO of PARC Auto. She is responsible for all financial, accounting and IT functions along with integration for acquisitions and new store openings. Prior to joining PARC, Tara most recently served as the CFO of Premium Velocity Auto, one of the largest Jiffy Lube franchisees, where she was instrumental in building the infrastructure of the business and ensuring seamless integration of acquisition targets and new store openings. Before Premium Velocity Auto, Tara served as the CFO and Controller of Comal Energy Services and has held several other finance management positions across various industries. Tara holds a Bachelor of Science from Florida State University and is a Certified Public Accountant in the states of Texas and Florida.

COO

Russ Bowling is the COO of PARC Auto. He is responsible for overseeing all business operations. Prior to joining PARC, Russ previously served as the Vice President of Operations for a large Jiffy Lube franchisee, managing the business operations of 187 retail oil change, preventative maintenance, and general automotive repair locations. With over 20 plus years of experience in the automotive industry, Russ leads operations with a focus on efficiency, innovation, and sustainability. He began his career with Pro Oil Shop Inc. Havoline Xpress Lube.

Vice President of Finance

Jeff Kuhn is the Vice President of Finance for PARC Auto. He has over 25 years of experience serving in managerial roles in the auto repair industry. Jeff works alongside Tara to manage PARC Auto’s accounting and finance function, corporate assurance and bookkeeping. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Kentucky. He currently resides in Shelbyville, Kentucky with his wife Dana and their three children.

Regional Manager

Kevin Watkins is the Regional Manager for PARC Auto. He has over 23 years of experience serving in managerial roles in the auto repair service industry. Kevin is responsible for training and managing all store managers, as well as recruiting and hiring across all of PARC Auto’s operations. He currently resides in Louisville, Kentucky with his wife Christina Watkins.
